| Day 22 Lancelin to Balcatta |
We wake up to a rather cold and drizzly morning which is not inviting to go for a walk, but we did want to visit the sand dunes of Lancelin. We park at the edge and watch people from our sheltered confines of the motorhome while having a nice, steaming cup of coffee. The dunes cover an immense area as you can see on the map.
Close by is the Lancelin Lookout and since it's dry (but still very windy) we make our way up to have a look. From our vantage point we overlook the ocean as well as the dunes behind the row of houses.
And some wildflowers again, of course.
On the way out of Lancelin we drive past sportsfields where I know a cache is hidden. Next find!

We keep following the road south and pull over at Seabird, a small town without a café or coffee shop, so we have lunch in the motorhome along the roadside.
Close to Balcatta we get some more fuel and not much later we arrive at Brian & Megan's place where we will park in the front yard for the next few days while we explore Perth and surrounds.
