Madurodam was on the to-do list, so that's where we've headed to today. Madurodam, a collection of replicas of heaps of well-known, historical, impressive or otherwise interesting Dutch buildings, including cathedrals, town halls, houses of parliament, castles, palaces and even a miniature Schiphol airport and Rotterdam port. Only draw-back: the wind was freezing cold!
First a few photo's on the road that Kevin ook, then those of Madurodam.
Madurodam
After Madurodam we took the tram to Panorama Mesdag, a circular painting done in the 19th century and measuring 114x14.5m.
Next on the tram back to Madurodam to pick up the car. We drive a short distance to visit Nicole in Scheveningen. We walk along the boulevard to the Pier. The wind is quite cold at times. We finish the day at a pancake restaurant near the harbour, called Oma Toos.
On the way back we ended up with two phones running out of battery power, meaning that we had to find our way home without the help of a navigation system. Most was guessing and memory work. Closer to home we had to ask directions, because the only street I remembered was now closed off for roadworks! We were home at a reasonable time though. 🙂

And then we're on our way home again...
