| Day 9 Nuytsland Rest Area to Norseman |
Not long after we leave the campground, where a huge truck blocked our way out so we had to find another path, we arrive at the start of the Ninety Mile Straight, the longest straight road in Australia. As the name implies the road is 90 miles or 146.6 kilometres long. Here we take a few silly pictures. :-)
Next stop is at Balladonia Roadhouse, at the end of the 90 mile straight and here we top up with fuel again as well as some food. They make nice hot chips which we enjoy before we are on the road again. Oh, and Kevin buys a few 3D cards as a souvenir.
Today was not a very exciting one, but that doesn't really matter. Long stretches of road until we reach Norseman. Here we do our shopping at the local IGA, take a few pictures and drive to the campground for the night: a free RV park in town.
We have happy hour, dinner, Kevin rings Christine and Kerry and after dinner we spend some time doing our 'homework'.
